Commentary

"Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, INTRUDING INTO THOSE THINGS WHICH HE HATH NOT SEEN, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind." This is found in א2 C D1 K L P Ψ most (95%+) other manuscripts, all Syriac, almost all Latin, most other versions, and 8-9 early church writers.

The critical text takes out the "not", thereby making the passage say, "intruding into those things which he HAS seen". This reading is supported by P46 א* A B D* I 6 33 1739, both Coptics, some Latin, and about 5-6 early church writers.

This significant difference reveals that an orthodox interpretation of the critical text is not possible.
