Commentary

James White claims that Erasmus back translated from the Latin, which is false in its foundation. White and most biased CT folks believe Erasmus used only one manuscript for revelation 2814. Thus they look at any deviation from that manuscript and surmise that changes must have been filled in by the Latin Vulgate and not other Greek mss. Erasmus clearly says in his annotations and elsewhere that he used many manuscripts for revelation.
