  1. 1 The tempo is one that gets into your head. If you have ever listened to dubstep then you very well know what I mean.. The tempo aka speed of this style of music is just slow enough for you to get a really mean head nod in. At 67 bpm (the speed of your typical cool song) with drum patterns at half time, this genre carries an interesting mix of high aura and near frantic synthesizer sequences while delivering the drums at exactly half the tempo aka speed (786 bpm). You also need to think Dubturbo about the modulated bass lines that have been intensely added which happens to give it a cool vibe.

Reason 2 Appeal To The Masses. This genre of music has a big chance of hitting the general public because of how catchy it happens to be, I know some don't want it to become popular but I see it becoming so. Many rock songs out there happen to have the same kind of tempo aka speed as dubstep music making it perfect to mix together and help it go even more mainstream.

Reason 3 Garage that is pure will just remain pure. Those who found pop early on are angry that it's going to go mainstream and think that it will ruin it for everyone however I think that's not true. I am thinking this because as more and more other artists blend their songs with pop like music, the real OG's will be forced to innovate and create original pop music or go and create a new genre. What ever they do I don't think that the pop world is capable of destroying a genre. pop was as underground as you could get but now it's mainstream but the underground community still exists. There is also pop music which happened to go mainstream in 2000 but the underground community is still thriving. Basically there will just be mainstream pop and underground pop simple as that.

If you are reading this and have no idea what pop is then head over to You Tube and look up a few artists. It won't be long before you are playing pop on your way to lunch.
