Thomas Ravis was a Church of England clergyman and academic.

He was Vice-Chancellor of the University of Oxford in 1596. He was Dean of Christ Church, Oxford from 1596 to 1605.

He attended the Hampton Court Conference in 1604, and became bishop of Gloucester in 1605. He was Bishop of London from 1607 to 1610. He was involved in the creation of the King James Bible.
