Matthew

  • Matthew 1:24 Then Joseph being raised from sleep did <4160> as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife:
  • Matthew 3:3 For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make <4160> his paths straight.
  • Matthew 3:8 Bring forth <4160> therefore fruits meet for repentance:
  • Matthew 3:10 And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth <4160> not forth <4160> good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
  • Matthew 4:19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make <4160> you fishers of men.
  • Matthew 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do <4160> and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
  • Matthew 5:32 But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth <4160> her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.
  • Matthew 5:36 Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make <4160> one hair white or black.
  • Matthew 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do <4160> good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
  • Matthew 5:46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do <4160> not even the publicans the same?
  • Matthew 5:47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do <4160> ye more than others? do <4160> not even the publicans so?
  • Matthew 6:1 Take heed that ye do <4160> not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.
  • Matthew 6:2 Therefore when thou doest <4160> thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do <4160> in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.
  • Matthew 6:3 But when thou doest <4160> alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth <4160>:

Mt 7:12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do <4160> to you, do <4160> ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets. Mt 7:17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth <4160> good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth <4160> evil fruit. Mt 7:18 A good tree cannot bring forth <4160> evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth <4160> good fruit. Mt 7:19 Every tree that bringeth <4160> not forth <4160> good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Mt 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth <4160> the will of my Father which is in heaven. Mt 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done <4160> many wonderful works? Mt 7:24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth <4160> them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: Mt 7:26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth <4160> them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: Mt 8:9 For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do <4160> this, and he doeth <4160> it. Mt 9:28 And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do <4160> this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord. Mt 12:2 But when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto him, Behold, thy disciples do <4160> that which is not lawful to do <4160> upon the sabbath day. Mt 12:3 But he said unto them, Have ye not read what David did <4160>, when he was an hungred, and they that were with him; Mt 12:12 How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do <4160> well on the sabbath days. Mt 12:16 And charged them that they should <4160> not make <4160> him known: Mt 12:33 Either make <4160> the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make <4160> the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit. Mt 12:50 For whosoever shall do <4160> the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother. Mt 13:23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth <4160>, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty. Mt 13:26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth <4160> fruit, then appeared the tares also. Mt 13:28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done <4160> this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? Mt 13:41 The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do <4160> iniquity; Mt 13:58 And he did <4160> not many mighty works there because of their unbelief. Mt 17:4 Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make <4160> here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias. Mt 17:12 But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done <4160> unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them. Mt 18:35 So likewise shall my heavenly Father do <4160> also unto you, if ye from your hearts forgive not every one his brother their trespasses. Mt 19:4 And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made <4160> them at the beginning made <4160> them male and female, Mt 19:16 And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do <4160>, that I may have eternal life? Mt 20:5 Again he went out about the sixth and ninth hour, and did <4160> likewise. Mt 20:12 Saying, These last have wrought <4160> but one hour, and thou hast made <4160> them equal unto us, which have borne the burden and heat of the day. Mt 20:15 Is it not lawful for me to do <4160> what I will with mine own? Is thine eye evil, because I am good? Mt 20:32 And Jesus stood still, and called them, and said, What will ye that I shall do <4160> unto you? Mt 21:6 And the disciples went, and did <4160> as Jesus commanded them, Mt 21:13 And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made <4160> it a den of thieves. Mt 21:15 And when the chief priests and scribes saw the wonderful things that he did <4160>, and the children crying in the temple, and saying, Hosanna to the Son of David; they were sore displeased, Mt 21:21 Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall <4160> not only do <4160> this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done. Mt 21:23 And when he was come into the temple, the chief priests and the elders of the people came unto him as he was teaching, and said, By what authority doest thou <4160> these things? and who gave thee this authority? Mt 21:24 And Jesus answered and said unto them, I also will ask you one thing, which if ye tell me, I in like wise will tell you by what authority I do <4160> these things. Mt 21:27 And they answered Jesus, and said, We cannot tell. And he said unto them, Neither tell I you by what authority I do <4160> these things. Mt 21:31 Whether of them twain did <4160> the will of his father? They say unto him, The first. Jesus saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you. Mt 21:36 Again, he sent other servants more than the first: and they did <4160> unto them likewise. Mt 21:40 When the lord therefore of the vineyard cometh, what will he do <4160> unto those husbandmen? Mt 21:43 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth <4160> the fruits thereof. Mt 22:2 The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made <4160> a marriage for his son, Mt 23:3 All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do <4160>; but do <4160> not ye after their works: for they say, and do <4160> not. Mt 23:5 But all their works they do <4160> for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments, Mt 23:15 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make <4160> one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make <4160> him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves. Mt 23:23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done <4160>, and not to leave the other undone. Mt 24:46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing <4160>. Mt 25:16 Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made <4160> them other five talents. Mt 25:40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done <4160> it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done <4160> it unto me. Mt 25:45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did <4160> it not to one of the least of these, ye did <4160> it not to me. Mt 26:12 For in that she hath poured this ointment on my body, she did <4160> it for my burial. Mt 26:13 Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this, that this woman hath done <4160>, be told for a memorial of her. Mt 26:18 And he said, Go into the city to such a man, and say unto him, The Master saith, My time is at hand; I will keep <4160> the passover at thy house with my disciples. Mt 26:19 And the disciples did <4160> as Jesus had appointed them; and they made ready the passover. Mt 26:73 And after a while came unto him they that stood by, and said to Peter, Surely thou also art one of them; for thy speech bewrayeth thee <4160>. Mt 27:22 Pilate saith unto them, What shall I do <4160> then with Jesus which is called Christ? They all say unto him, Let him be crucified. Mt 27:23 And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done <4160>? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified. Mt 28:14 And if this come to the governor’s ears, we will persuade him, and secure <4160> you. Mt 28:15 So they took the money, and did <4160> as they were taught: and this saying is commonly reported among the Jews until this day. Mr 1:3 The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make <4160> his paths straight. Mr 1:17 And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make <4160> you to become fishers of men. Mr 2:23 And it came to pass, that he went through the corn fields on the sabbath day; and his disciples began, as they went <4160>, to pluck the ears of corn. Mr 2:24 And the Pharisees said unto him, Behold, why do they <4160> on the sabbath day that which is not lawful? Mr 2:25 And he said unto them, Have ye never read what David did <4160>, when he had need, and was an hungred, he, and they that were with him? Mr 3:6 And the Pharisees went forth, and straightway took <4160> counsel with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him. Mr 3:8 And from Jerusalem, and from Idumaea, and from beyond Jordan; and they about Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, when they had heard what great things he did <4160>, came unto him. Mr 3:12 And he straitly charged them that they should <4160> not make <4160> him known. Mr 3:14 And he ordained <4160> twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach, Mr 3:35 For whosoever shall do <4160> the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother. Mr 4:32 But when it is sown, it groweth up, and becometh greater than all herbs, and shooteth out <4160> great branches; so that the fowls of the air may lodge under the shadow of it. Mr 5:19 Howbeit Jesus suffered him not, but saith unto him, Go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done <4160> for thee, and hath had compassion on thee. Mr 5:20 And he departed, and began to publish in Decapolis how great things Jesus had done <4160> for him: and all men did marvel. Mr 5:32 And he looked round about to see her that had done <4160> this thing. Mr 6:5 And he could there do <4160> no mighty work, save that he laid his hands upon a few sick folk, and healed them. Mr 6:20 For Herod feared John, knowing that he was a just man and an holy, and observed him; and when he heard him, he did <4160> many things, and heard him gladly. Mr 6:21 And when a convenient day was come, that Herod on his birthday made <4160> a supper to his lords, high captains, and chief estates of Galilee; Mr 6:30 And the apostles gathered themselves together unto Jesus, and told him all things, both what they had done <4160>, and what they had taught. Mr 7:8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do <4160>. Mr 7:12 And ye suffer him no more to do <4160> ought for his father or his mother; Mr 7:13 Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye <4160>. Mr 7:37 And were beyond measure astonished, saying, He hath done <4160> all things well: he maketh <4160> both the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak. Mr 8:25 After that he put his hands again upon his eyes, and made <4160> him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly. Mr 9:5 And Peter answered and said to Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make <4160> three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias. Mr 9:13 But I say unto you, That Elias is indeed come, and they have done <4160> unto him whatsoever they listed, as it is written of him. Mr 9:39 But Jesus said, Forbid him not: for there is no man which shall do <4160> a miracle in my name, that can lightly speak evil of me. Mr 10:6 But from the beginning of the creation God made <4160> them male and female. Mr 10:17 And when he was gone forth into the way, there came one running, and kneeled to him, and asked him, Good Master, what shall I do <4160> that I may inherit eternal life? Mr 10:35 And James and John, the sons of Zebedee, come unto him, saying, Master, we would that thou shouldest do <4160> for us whatsoever we shall desire. Mr 10:36 And he said unto them, What would ye that I should do <4160> for you? Mr 10:51 And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do <4160> unto thee? The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight. Mr 11:3 And if any man say unto you, Why do ye <4160> this? say ye that the Lord hath need of him; and straightway he will send him hither. Mr 11:5 And certain of them that stood there said unto them, What do ye <4160>, loosing the colt? Mr 11:17 And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made <4160> it a den of thieves. Mr 11:28 And say unto him, By what authority doest thou <4160> these things? and who gave thee this authority to do <4160> these things? Mr 11:29 And Jesus answered and said unto them, I will also ask of you one question, and answer me, and I will tell you by what authority I do <4160> these things. Mr 11:33 And they answered and said unto Jesus, We cannot tell. And Jesus answering saith unto them, Neither do I tell you by what authority I do <4160> these things. Mr 12:9 What shall <4160> therefore the lord of the vineyard do <4160>? he will come and destroy the husbandmen, and will give the vineyard unto others. Mr 14:7 For ye have the poor with you always, and whensoever ye will ye may do <4160> them good: but me ye have not always. Mr 14:8 She hath done <4160> what she could: she is come aforehand to anoint my body to the burying. Mr 14:9 Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached throughout the whole world, this also that she hath done <4160> shall be spoken of for a memorial of her. Mr 15:1 And straightway in the morning the chief priests held <4160> a consultation with the elders and scribes and the whole council, and bound Jesus, and carried him away, and delivered him to Pilate. Mr 15:7 And there was one named Barabbas, which lay bound with them that had made insurrection with him, who had committed <4160> murder in the insurrection. Mr 15:8 And the multitude crying aloud began to desire him to do as he had ever done <4160> unto them. Mr 15:12 And Pilate answered and said again unto them, What will ye then that I shall do <4160> unto him whom ye call the King of the Jews? Mr 15:14 Then Pilate said unto them, Why, what evil hath he done <4160>? And they cried out the more exceedingly, Crucify him. Mr 15:15 And so Pilate, willing to content <4160> the people, released Barabbas unto them, and delivered Jesus, when he had scourged him, to be crucified. Lu 1:25 Thus hath <4160> the Lord dealt <4160> with me in the days wherein he looked on me, to take away my reproach among men. Lu 1:49 For he that is mighty hath done <4160> to me great things; and holy is his name. Lu 1:51 He hath shewed <4160> strength with his arm; he hath scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts. Lu 1:68 Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; for he hath visited and redeemed his people <4160>, Lu 1:72 To perform <4160> the mercy promised to our fathers, and to remember his holy covenant; Lu 2:27 And he came by the Spirit into the temple: and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do <4160> for him after the custom of the law, Lu 2:48 And when they saw him, they were amazed: and his mother said unto him, Son, why hast thou <4160> thus dealt <4160> with us? behold, thy father and I have sought thee sorrowing. Lu 3:4 As it is written in the book of the words of Esaias the prophet, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make <4160> his paths straight. Lu 3:8 Bring forth <4160> therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham. Lu 3:9 And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: every tree therefore which bringeth <4160> not forth <4160> good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Lu 3:10 And the people asked him, saying, What shall we do <4160> then? Lu 3:11 He answereth and saith unto them, He that hath two coats, let him impart to him that hath none; and he that hath meat, let him do <4160> likewise. Lu 3:12 Then came also publicans to be baptized, and said unto him, Master, what shall we do <4160>? Lu 3:14 And the soldiers likewise demanded of him, saying, And what shall we do <4160>? And he said unto them, Do violence to no man, neither accuse any falsely; and be content with your wages. Lu 3:19 But Herod the tetrarch, being reproved by him for Herodias his brother Philip’s wife, and for all the evils which Herod had done <4160>, Lu 4:23 And he said unto them, Ye will surely say unto me this proverb, Physician, heal thyself: whatsoever we have heard done in Capernaum, do <4160> also here in thy country. Lu 5:6 And when they had <4160> this done <4160>, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake. Lu 5:29 And Levi made <4160> him a great feast in his own house: and there was a great company of publicans and of others that sat down with them. Lu 5:33 And they said unto him, Why do the disciples of John fast often, and make <4160> prayers, and likewise the disciples of the Pharisees; but thine eat and drink? Lu 5:34 And he said unto them, Can ye make <4160> the children of the bridechamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them? Lu 6:2 And certain of the Pharisees said unto them, Why do ye <4160> that which is not lawful to do <4160> on the sabbath days? Lu 6:3 And Jesus answering them said, Have ye not read so much as this, what David did <4160>, when himself was an hungred, and they which were with him; Lu 6:10 And looking round about upon them all, he said unto the man, Stretch forth thy hand. And he did <4160> so: and his hand was restored whole as the other. Lu 6:11 And they were filled with madness; and communed one with another what they might do <4160> to Jesus. Lu 6:23 Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did <4160> their fathers unto the prophets. Lu 6:26 Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did <4160> their fathers to the false prophets. Lu 6:27 But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do <4160> good to them which hate you, Lu 6:31 And as ye would that men should do <4160> to you, do <4160> ye also to them likewise. Lu 6:33 And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do <4160> even the same. Lu 6:43 For a good tree bringeth <4160> not forth <4160> corrupt fruit; neither doth <4160> a corrupt tree bring forth <4160> good fruit. Lu 6:46 And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do <4160> not the things which I say? Lu 6:47 Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth <4160> them, I will shew you to whom he is like: Lu 6:49 But he that heareth, and doeth <4160> not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great. Lu 7:8 For I also am a man set under authority, having under me soldiers, and I say unto one, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do <4160> this, and he doeth <4160> it. Lu 8:8 And other fell on good ground, and sprang up, and bare <4160> fruit an hundredfold. And when he had said these things, he cried, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. Lu 8:21 And he answered and said unto them, My mother and my brethren are these which hear the word of God, and do <4160> it. Lu 8:39 Return to thine own house, and shew how great things God hath done <4160> unto thee. And he went his way, and published throughout the whole city how great things Jesus had done <4160> unto him. Lu 9:10 And the apostles, when they were returned, told him all that they had done <4160>. And he took them, and went aside privately into a desert place belonging to the city called Bethsaida. Lu 9:15 And they did <4160> so, and made them all sit down. Lu 9:33 And it came to pass, as they departed from him, Peter said unto Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make <4160> three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias: not knowing what he said. Lu 9:43 And they were all amazed at the mighty power of God. But while they wondered every one at all things which Jesus did <4160>, he said unto his disciples, Lu 9:54 And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, wilt thou that we command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them, even as Elias did <4160>? Lu 10:25 And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do <4160> to inherit eternal life? Lu 10:28 And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do <4160>, and thou shalt live. Lu 10:37 And he said, He that shewed <4160> mercy on him. Then said Jesus unto him, Go, and do <4160> thou likewise. Lu 11:40 Ye fools, did <4160> not he that made <4160> that which is without make <4160> that which is within also? Lu 11:42 But woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye tithe mint and rue and all manner of herbs, and pass over judgment and the love of God: these ought ye to have done <4160>, and not to leave the other undone. Lu 12:4 And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do <4160>. Lu 12:17 And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do <4160>, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits? Lu 12:18 And he said, This will I do <4160>: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods. Lu 12:33 Sell that ye have, and give alms; provide <4160> yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth. Lu 12:43 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing <4160>. Lu 12:47 And that servant, which knew his lord’s will, and prepared not himself, neither did <4160> according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. Lu 12:48 But he that knew not, and did commit <4160> things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more. Lu 13:9 And if it bear <4160> fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down. Lu 13:22 And he went through the cities and villages, teaching, and journeying <4160> toward Jerusalem. Lu 14:12 Then said he also to him that bade him, When thou makest <4160> a dinner or a supper, call not thy friends, nor thy brethren, neither thy kinsmen, nor thy rich neighbours; lest they also bid thee again, and a recompence be made thee. Lu 14:13 But when thou makest <4160> a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, the blind: Lu 14:16 Then said he unto him, A certain man made <4160> a great supper, and bade many: Lu 15:19 And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make <4160> me as one of thy hired servants. Lu 16:3 Then the steward said within himself, What shall I do <4160>? for my lord taketh away from me the stewardship: I cannot dig; to beg I am ashamed. Lu 16:4 I am resolved what to do <4160>, that, when I am put out of the stewardship, they may receive me into their houses. Lu 16:8 And the lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done <4160> wisely: for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of light. Lu 16:9 And I say unto you, Make <4160> to yourselves friends of the mammon of unrighteousness; that, when ye fail, they may receive you into everlasting habitations. Lu 17:9 Doth he thank that servant because he did <4160> the things that were commanded him? I trow not. Lu 17:10 So likewise ye, when ye shall have done <4160> all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants: we have done <4160> that which was our duty to do <4160>. Lu 18:7 And shall not God avenge <4160> his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? Lu 18:8 I tell you that he will <4160> avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? Lu 18:18 And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do <4160> to inherit eternal life? Lu 18:41 Saying, What wilt thou that I shall do <4160> unto thee? And he said, Lord, that I may receive my sight. Lu 19:18 And the second came, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained <4160> five pounds. Lu 19:46 Saying unto them, It is written, My house is the house of prayer: but ye have made <4160> it a den of thieves. Lu 19:48 And could not find what they might do <4160>: for all the people were very attentive to hear him. Lu 20:2 And spake unto him, saying, Tell us, by what authority doest thou <4160> these things? or who is he that gave thee this authority? Lu 20:8 And Jesus said unto them, Neither tell I you by what authority I do <4160> these things. Lu 20:13 Then said the lord of the vineyard, What shall I do <4160>? I will send my beloved son: it may be they will reverence him when they see him. Lu 20:15 So they cast him out of the vineyard, and killed him. What therefore shall <4160> the lord of the vineyard do <4160> unto them? Lu 22:19 And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do <4160> in remembrance of me. Lu 23:22 And he said unto them the third time, Why, what evil hath <4160> he done <4160>? I have found no cause of death in him: I will therefore chastise him, and let him go. Lu 23:31 For if they do <4160> these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry? Lu 23:34 Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do <4160>. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots. Joh 2:5 His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do <4160> it. Joh 2:11 This beginning of miracles did <4160> Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him. Joh 2:15 And when he had made <4160> a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers’ money, and overthrew the tables; Joh 2:16 And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make <4160> not my Father’s house an house of merchandise. Joh 2:18 Then answered the Jews and said unto him, What sign shewest thou unto us, seeing that thou doest <4160> these things? Joh 2:23 Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did <4160>. Joh 3:2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do <4160> these miracles that thou doest <4160>, except God be with him. Joh 3:21 But he that doeth <4160> truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. Joh 4:1 When therefore the Lord knew how the Pharisees had heard that Jesus made <4160> and baptized more disciples than John, Joh 4:29 Come, see a man, which told me all things that ever I did <4160>: is not this the Christ? Joh 4:34 Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do <4160> the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work. Joh 4:39 And many of the Samaritans of that city believed on him for the saying of the woman, which testified, He told me all that ever I did <4160>. Joh 4:45 Then when he was come into Galilee, the Galilaeans received him, having seen all the things that he did <4160> at Jerusalem at the feast: for they also went unto the feast. Joh 4:46 So Jesus came again into Cana of Galilee, where he made <4160> the water wine. And there was a certain nobleman, whose son was sick at Capernaum. Joh 4:54 This is again the second miracle that Jesus did <4160>, when he was come out of Judaea into Galilee. Joh 5:11 He answered them, He that made <4160> me whole, the same said unto me, Take up thy bed, and walk. Joh 5:15 The man departed, and told the Jews that it was Jesus, which had made <4160> him whole. Joh 5:16 And therefore did the Jews persecute Jesus, and sought to slay him, because he had done <4160> these things on the sabbath day. Joh 5:18 Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making <4160> himself equal with God. Joh 5:19 Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do <4160> nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do <4160>: for what things soever he doeth <4160>, these also doeth <4160> the Son likewise. Joh 5:20 For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth <4160>: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel. Joh 5:27 And hath given him authority to execute <4160> judgment also, because he is the Son of man. Joh 5:29 And shall come forth; they that have done <4160> good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation. Joh 5:30 I can of mine own self do <4160> nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me. Joh 5:36 But I have greater witness than that of John: for the works which the Father hath given me to finish, the same works that I do <4160>, bear witness of me, that the Father hath sent me. Joh 6:2 And a great multitude followed him, because they saw his miracles which he did <4160> on them that were diseased. Joh 6:6 And this he said to prove him: for he himself knew what he would do <4160>. Joh 6:10 And Jesus said, Make <4160> the men sit down. Now there was much grass in the place. So the men sat down, in number about five thousand. Joh 6:14 Then those men, when they had seen the miracle that Jesus did <4160>, said, This is of a truth that prophet that should come into the world. Joh 6:15 When Jesus therefore perceived that they would come and take him by force, to make <4160> him a king, he departed again into a mountain himself alone. Joh 6:28 Then said they unto him, What shall we do <4160> <4160>, that we might work the works of God? Joh 6:30 They said therefore unto him, What sign shewest <4160> thou then, that we may see, and believe thee? what dost thou work? Joh 6:38 For I came down from heaven, not to do <4160> mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. Joh 7:3 His brethren therefore said unto him, Depart hence, and go into Judaea, that thy disciples also may see the works that thou doest <4160>. Joh 7:4 For there is no man that doeth <4160> any thing in secret, and he himself seeketh to be known openly. If thou do <4160> these things, shew thyself to the world. Joh 7:17 If any man will do <4160> his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself. Joh 7:19 Did not Moses give you the law, and yet none of you keepeth <4160> the law? Why go ye about to kill me? Joh 7:21 Jesus answered and said unto them, I have done <4160> one work, and ye all marvel. Joh 7:23 If a man on the sabbath day receive circumcision, that the law of Moses should not be broken; are ye angry at me, because I have made <4160> a man every whit whole on the sabbath day? Joh 7:31 And many of the people believed on him, and said, When Christ cometh, will he do <4160> more miracles than these which this man hath done <4160>? Joh 7:51 Doth our law judge any man, before it hear him, and know what he doeth <4160>? Joh 8:28 Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do <4160> nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things. Joh 8:29 And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do <4160> always those things that please him. Joh 8:34 Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth <4160> sin is the servant of sin. Joh 8:38 I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do <4160> that which ye have seen with your father. Joh 8:39 They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham’s children, ye would do <4160> the works of Abraham. Joh 8:40 But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did <4160> not Abraham. Joh 8:41 Ye do <4160> the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, even God. Joh 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do <4160>. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. Joh 8:53 Art thou greater than our father Abraham, which is dead? and the prophets are dead: whom makest <4160> thou thyself? Joh 9:6 When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made <4160> clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay, Joh 9:11 He answered and said, A man that is called Jesus made <4160> clay, and anointed mine eyes, and said unto me, Go to the pool of Siloam, and wash: and I went and washed, and I received sight. Joh 9:14 And it was the sabbath day when Jesus made <4160> the clay, and opened his eyes. Joh 9:16 Therefore said some of the Pharisees, This man is not of God, because he keepeth not the sabbath day. Others said, How can a man that is a sinner do <4160> such miracles? And there was a division among them. Joh 9:26 Then said they to him again, What did he <4160> to thee? how opened he thine eyes? Joh 9:31 Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth <4160> his will, him he heareth. Joh 9:33 If this man were not of God, he could do <4160> nothing. Joh 10:25 Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do <4160> in my Father’s name, they bear witness of me. Joh 10:33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest <4160> thyself God. Joh 10:37 If I do <4160> not the works of my Father, believe me not. Joh 10:38 But if I do <4160>, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him. Joh 10:41 And many resorted unto him, and said, John did <4160> no miracle: but all things that John spake of this man were true. Joh 11:37 And some of them said, Could not this man, which opened the eyes of the blind, have caused <4160> that even this man should not have died? Joh 11:45 Then many of the Jews which came to Mary, and had seen the things which Jesus did <4160>, believed on him. Joh 11:46 But some of them went their ways to the Pharisees, and told them what things Jesus had done <4160>. Joh 11:47 Then gathered the chief priests and the Pharisees a council, and said, What do we <4160>? for this man doeth <4160> many miracles. Joh 12:2 There they made <4160> him a supper; and Martha served: but Lazarus was one of them that sat at the table with him. Joh 12:16 These things understood not his disciples at the first: but when Jesus was glorified, then remembered they that these things were written of him, and that they had done <4160> these things unto him. Joh 12:18 For this cause the people also met him, for that they heard that he had done <4160> this miracle. Joh 12:37 But though he had done <4160> so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him: Joh 13:7 Jesus answered and said unto him, What I do <4160> thou knowest not now; but thou shalt know hereafter. Joh 13:12 So after he had washed their feet, and had taken his garments, and was set down again, he said unto them, Know ye what I have done <4160> to you? Joh 13:15 For I have given you an example, that ye should do <4160> as I have done <4160> to you. Joh 13:17 If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do <4160> them. Joh 13:27 And after the sop Satan entered into him. Then said Jesus unto him, That thou doest <4160>, do <4160> quickly. Joh 14:10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth <4160> the works. Joh 14:12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do <4160> shall he do <4160> also; and greater works than these shall he do <4160>; because I go unto my Father. Joh 14:13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do <4160>, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. Joh 14:14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do <4160> it. Joh 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make <4160> our abode with him. Joh 14:31 But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do <4160>. Arise, let us go hence. Joh 15:5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do <4160> nothing. Joh 15:14 Ye are my friends, if ye do <4160> whatsoever I command you. Joh 15:15 Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth <4160>: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you. Joh 15:21 But all these things will they do <4160> unto you for my name’s sake, because they know not him that sent me. Joh 15:24 If I had <4160> not done <4160> among them the works which none other man did <4160>, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father. Joh 16:2 They shall put <4160> you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service. Joh 16:3 And these things will they do <4160> unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor me. Joh 17:4 I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do <4160>. Joh 18:18 And the servants and officers stood there, who had made <4160> a fire of coals; for it was cold: and they warmed themselves: and Peter stood with them, and warmed himself. Joh 18:35 Pilate answered, Am I a Jew? Thine own nation and the chief priests have delivered thee unto me: what hast thou done <4160>? Joh 19:7 The Jews answered him, We have a law, and by our law he ought to die, because he made <4160> himself the Son of God. Joh 19:12 And from thenceforth Pilate sought to release him: but the Jews cried out, saying, If thou let this man go, thou art not Caesar’s friend: whosoever maketh <4160> himself a king speaketh against Caesar. Joh 19:23 Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments, and made <4160> four parts, to every soldier a part; and also his coat: now the coat was without seam, woven from the top throughout. Joh 19:24 They said therefore among themselves, Let us not rend it, but cast lots for it, whose it shall be: that the scripture might be fulfilled, which saith, They parted my raiment among them, and for my vesture they did cast lots. These things therefore the soldiers did <4160>. Joh 20:30 And many other signs truly did <4160> Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book: Joh 21:25 And there are also many other things which Jesus did <4160>, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen. Ac 1:1 The former treatise have I made <4160>, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do <4160> and teach, Ac 2:22 Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did <4160> by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know: Ac 2:36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made <4160> that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ. Ac 2:37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do <4160>? Ac 3:12 And when Peter saw it, he answered unto the people, Ye men of Israel, why marvel ye at this? or why look ye so earnestly on us, as though by our own power or holiness we had made <4160> this man to walk? Ac 4:7 And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, By what power, or by what name, have <4160> ye done <4160> this? Ac 4:16 Saying, What shall we do <4160> to these men? for that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it. Ac 4:24 And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, Lord, thou art God, which hast made <4160> heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all that in them is: Ac 4:28 For to do <4160> whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel determined before to be done. Ac 5:34 Then stood there up one in the council, a Pharisee, named Gamaliel, a doctor of the law, had in reputation among all the people, and commanded to put <4160> the apostles forth a little space; Ac 6:8 And Stephen, full of faith and power, did <4160> great wonders and miracles among the people. Ac 7:19 The same dealt subtilly with our kindred, and evil entreated our fathers, so that <4160> they cast out their young children, to the end they might not live. Ac 7:24 And seeing one of them suffer wrong, he defended him, and avenged <4160> him that was oppressed, and smote the Egyptian: Ac 7:36 He brought them out, after that he had shewed <4160> wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and in the Red sea, and in the wilderness forty years. Ac 7:40 Saying unto Aaron, Make <4160> us gods to go before us: for as for this Moses, which brought us out of the land of Egypt, we wot not what is become of him. Ac 7:43 Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made <4160> to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon. Ac 7:44 Our fathers had the tabernacle of witness in the wilderness, as he had appointed, speaking unto Moses, that he should make <4160> it according to the fashion that he had seen. Ac 7:50 Hath <4160> not my hand made <4160> all these things? Ac 8:2 And devout men carried Stephen to his burial, and made <4160> great lamentation over him. Ac 8:6 And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did <4160>. Ac 9:6 And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do <4160>? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do <4160>. Ac 9:13 Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he hath done <4160> to thy saints at Jerusalem: Ac 9:36 Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did <4160>. Ac 9:39 Then Peter arose and went with them. When he was come, they brought him into the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and shewing the coats and garments which Dorcas made <4160>, while she was with them. Ac 10:2 A devout man, and one that feared God with all his house, which gave <4160> much alms to the people, and prayed to God alway. Ac 10:6 He lodgeth with one Simon a tanner, whose house is by the sea side: he shall tell thee what thou oughtest to do <4160>. Ac 10:33 Immediately therefore I sent to thee; and thou hast well done <4160> that thou art come. Now therefore are we all here present before God, to hear all things that are commanded thee of God. Ac 10:39 And we are witnesses of all things which he did <4160> both in the land of the Jews, and in Jerusalem; whom they slew and hanged on a tree: Ac 11:30 Which also they did <4160>, and sent it to the elders by the hands of Barnabas and Saul. Ac 12:8 And the angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals. And so he did <4160>. And he saith unto him, Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me. Ac 13:22 And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil <4160> all my will. Ac 14:11 And when the people saw what Paul had done <4160>, they lifted up their voices, saying in the speech of Lycaonia, The gods are come down to us in the likeness of men. Ac 14:15 And saying, Sirs, why do ye <4160> these things? We also are men of like passions with you, and preach unto you that ye should turn from these vanities unto the living God, which made <4160> heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all things that are therein: Ac 14:27 And when they were come, and had gathered the church together, they rehearsed all that God had done <4160> with them, and how he had opened the door of faith unto the Gentiles. Ac 15:3 And being brought on their way by the church, they passed through Phenice and Samaria, declaring the conversion of the Gentiles: and they caused <4160> great joy unto all the brethren. Ac 15:4 And when they were come to Jerusalem, they were received of the church, and of the apostles and elders, and they declared all things that God had done <4160> with them. Ac 15:12 Then all the multitude kept silence, and gave audience to Barnabas and Paul, declaring what miracles and wonders God had wrought <4160> among the Gentiles by them. Ac 15:17 That the residue of men might seek after the Lord, and all the Gentiles, upon whom my name is called, saith the Lord, who doeth <4160> all these things. Ac 15:33 And after they had tarried <4160> there a space, they were let go in peace from the brethren unto the apostles. Ac 16:18 And this did she <4160> many days. But Paul, being grieved, turned and said to the spirit, I command thee in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her. And he came out the same hour. Ac 16:21 And teach customs, which are not lawful for us to receive, neither to observe <4160>, being Romans. Ac 16:30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do <4160> to be saved? Ac 17:24 God that made <4160> the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; Ac 17:26 And hath made <4160> of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; Ac 18:21 But bade them farewell, saying, I must by all means keep <4160> this feast that cometh in Jerusalem: but I will return again unto you, if God will. And he sailed from Ephesus. Ac 18:23 And after he had spent <4160> some time there, he departed, and went over all the country of Galatia and Phrygia in order, strengthening all the disciples. Ac 19:11 And God wrought <4160> special miracles by the hands of Paul: Ac 19:14 And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did <4160> so. Ac 19:24 For a certain man named Demetrius, a silversmith, which made <4160> silver shrines for Diana, brought no small gain unto the craftsmen; Ac 20:3 And there abode <4160> three months. And when the Jews laid wait for him, as he was about to sail into Syria, he purposed to return through Macedonia. Ac 20:24 But none of these things move me <4160>, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God. Ac 21:13 Then Paul answered, What mean ye <4160> to weep and to break mine heart? for I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus. Ac 21:19 And when he had saluted them, he declared particularly what things God had wrought <4160> among the Gentiles by his ministry. Ac 21:23 Do <4160> therefore this that we say to thee: We have four men which have a vow on them; Ac 21:33 Then the chief captain came near, and took him, and commanded him to be bound with two chains; and demanded who he was, and what he had done <4160>. Ac 22:10 And I said, What shall I do <4160>, Lord? And the Lord said unto me, Arise, and go into Damascus; and there it shall be told thee of all things which are appointed for thee to do <4160>. Ac 22:26 When the centurion heard that, he went and told the chief captain, saying, Take heed what thou doest <4160>: for this man is a Roman. Ac 23:12 And when it was day, certain of the Jews banded together <4160>, and bound themselves under a curse, saying that they would neither eat nor drink till they had killed Paul. Ac 23:13 And they were more than forty which had made <4160> this conspiracy. Ac 24:12 And they neither found me in the temple disputing with any man, neither raising up <4160> the people, neither in the synagogues, nor in the city: Ac 24:17 Now after many years I came to bring <4160> alms to my nation, and offerings. Ac 25:3 And desired favour against him, that he would send for him to Jerusalem, laying <4160> wait in the way to kill him. Ac 25:17 Therefore, when they were come hither, without <4160> any delay on the morrow I sat on the judgment seat, and commanded the man to be brought forth. Ac 26:10 Which thing I <4160> also did <4160> in Jerusalem: and many of the saints did I shut up in prison, having received authority from the chief priests; and when they were put to death, I gave my voice against them. Ac 27:18 And we being exceedingly tossed with a tempest, the next day they lightened the ship <4160>; Ac 28:17 And it came to pass, that after three days Paul called the chief of the Jews together: and when they were come together, he said unto them, Men and brethren, though I have committed <4160> nothing against the people, or customs of our fathers, yet was I delivered prisoner from Jerusalem into the hands of the Romans. Ro 1:9 For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make <4160> mention of you always in my prayers; Ro 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do <4160> those things which are not convenient; Ro 1:32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do <4160> the same, but have pleasure in them that do them. Ro 2:3 And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest <4160> the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God? Ro 2:14 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do <4160> by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: Ro 3:8 And not rather, (as we be slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say,) Let us do <4160> evil, that good may come? whose damnation is just. Ro 3:12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth <4160> good, no, not one. Ro 4:21 And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform <4160>. Ro 7:15 For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I <4160>. Ro 7:16 If then I do <4160> that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good. Ro 7:19 For the good that I would I do <4160> not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. Ro 7:20 Now if I do <4160> that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. Ro 7:21 I find then a law, that, when I would do <4160> good, evil is present with me. Ro 9:20 Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made <4160> me thus? Ro 9:21 Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make <4160> one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour? Ro 9:28 For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will <4160> the Lord make <4160> upon the earth. Ro 10:5 For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth <4160> those things shall live by them. Ro 12:20 Therefore if thine enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink: for in so doing <4160> thou shalt heap coals of fire on his head. Ro 13:3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do <4160> that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: Ro 13:4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do <4160> that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. Ro 13:14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make <4160> not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof. Ro 15:26 For it hath pleased them of Macedonia and Achaia to make <4160> a certain contribution for the poor saints which are at Jerusalem. Ro 16:17 Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause <4160> divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them. 1Co 5:2 And ye are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he that hath done <4160> this deed might be taken away from among you. 1Co 6:15 Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make <4160> them the members of an harlot? God forbid. 1Co 6:18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth <4160> is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. 1Co 7:36 But if any man think that he behaveth himself uncomely toward his virgin, if she pass the flower of her age, and need so require, let him do <4160> what he will, he sinneth not: let them marry. 1Co 7:37 Nevertheless he that standeth stedfast in his heart, having no necessity, but hath power over his own will, and hath so decreed in his heart that he will keep his virgin, doeth <4160> well. 1Co 7:38 So then he that giveth her in marriage doeth <4160> well; but he that giveth her not in marriage doeth <4160> better. 1Co 9:23 And this I do <4160> for the gospel’s sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you. 1Co 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will <4160> with the temptation also make <4160> a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. 1Co 10:31 Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do <4160>, do <4160> all to the glory of God. 1Co 11:24 And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do <4160> in remembrance of me. 1Co 11:25 After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye <4160>, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of me. 1Co 15:29 Else what shall they do <4160> which are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not at all? why are they then baptized for the dead? 1Co 16:1 Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Galatia, even so do <4160> ye. 2Co 5:21 For he hath made <4160> him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. 2Co 8:10 And herein I give my advice: for this is expedient for you, who have begun before, not only to do <4160>, but also to be forward a year ago. 2Co 8:11 Now therefore perform the doing <4160> of it; that as there was a readiness to will, so there may be a performance also out of that which ye have. 2Co 11:7 Have I committed <4160> an offence in abasing myself that ye might be exalted, because I have preached to you the gospel of God freely? 2Co 11:12 But what I do <4160>, that I will do <4160>, that I may cut off occasion from them which desire occasion; that wherein they glory, they may be found even as we. 2Co 11:25 Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been <4160> in the deep; 2Co 13:7 Now I pray to God that ye do <4160> no evil; not that we should appear approved, but that ye should do <4160> that which is honest, though we be as reprobates. Ga 2:10 Only they would that we should remember the poor; the same which I also was forward to do <4160>. Ga 3:10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do <4160> them. Ga 3:12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth <4160> them shall live in them. Ga 5:3 For I testify again to every man that is circumcised, that he is a debtor to do <4160> the whole law. Ga 5:17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do <4160> the things that ye would. Ga 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing <4160>: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Eph 1:16 Cease not to give thanks for you, making <4160> mention of you in my prayers; Eph 2:3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling <4160> the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others. Eph 2:14 For he is our peace, who hath made <4160> both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; Eph 2:15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making <4160> peace; Eph 3:11 According to the eternal purpose which he purposed <4160> in Christ Jesus our Lord: Eph 3:20 Now unto him that is able to do <4160> exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Eph 4:16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh <4160> increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. Eph 6:6 Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing <4160> the will of God from the heart; Eph 6:8 Knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth <4160>, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free. Eph 6:9 And, ye masters, do <4160> the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him. Php 1:4 Always in every prayer of mine for you all making <4160> request with joy, Php 2:14 Do <4160> all things without murmurings and disputings: Php 4:14 Notwithstanding ye have well done <4160>, that ye did communicate with my affliction. Col 3:17 And whatsoever ye do <4160> in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him. Col 3:23 And whatsoever ye do <4160>, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Col 4:16 And when this epistle is read among you, cause <4160> that it be read also in the church of the Laodiceans; and that ye likewise read the epistle from Laodicea. 1Th 1:2 We give thanks to God always for you all, making <4160> mention of you in our prayers; 1Th 4:10 And indeed ye do <4160> it toward all the brethren which are in all Macedonia: but we beseech you, brethren, that ye increase more and more; 1Th 5:11 Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do <4160>. 1Th 5:24 Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do <4160> it. 2Th 3:4 And we have confidence in the Lord touching you, that ye both do <4160> and will do <4160> the things which we command you. 1Ti 1:13 Who was before a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: but I obtained mercy, because I did <4160> it ignorantly in unbelief. 1Ti 2:1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made <4160> for all men; 1Ti 4:16 Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing <4160> this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee. 1Ti 5:21 I charge thee before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing <4160> nothing by partiality. 2Ti 4:5 But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do <4160> the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry. Tit 3:5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done <4160>, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; Phm 1:4 I thank my God, making <4160> mention of thee always in my prayers, Phm 1:14 But without thy mind would I do <4160> nothing; that thy benefit should not be as it were of necessity, but willingly. Phm 1:21 Having confidence in thy obedience I wrote unto thee, knowing that thou wilt <4160> also do <4160> more than I say. Heb 1:2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made <4160> the worlds; Heb 1:3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had <4160> by himself purged <4160> our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; Heb 1:7 And of the angels he saith, Who maketh <4160> his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire. Heb 3:2 Who was faithful to him that appointed <4160> him, as also Moses was faithful in all his house. Heb 6:3 And this will we do <4160>, if God permit. Heb 7:27 Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people’s: for this he did <4160> once, when he offered up himself. Heb 8:5 Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle: for, See, saith he, that thou make <4160> all things according to the pattern shewed to thee in the mount. Heb 8:9 Not according to the covenant that I made with <4160> their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord. Heb 10:7 Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do <4160> thy will, O God. Heb 10:9 Then said he, Lo, I come to do <4160> thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second. Heb 10:36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done <4160> the will of God, ye might receive the promise. Heb 11:28 Through faith he kept <4160> the passover, and the sprinkling of blood, lest he that destroyed the firstborn should touch them. Heb 12:13 And make <4160> straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed. Heb 12:27 And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made <4160>, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. Heb 13:6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do <4160> unto me. Heb 13:17 Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do <4160> it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you. Heb 13:19 But I beseech you the rather to do <4160> this, that I may be restored to you the sooner. Heb 13:21 Make you perfect in every good work to do <4160> his will, working <4160> in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen. Jas 2:8 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do <4160> well: Jas 2:12 So speak ye, and so do <4160>, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty. Jas 2:13 For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed <4160> no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment. Jas 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest <4160> well: the devils also believe, and tremble. Jas 3:12 Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear <4160> olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield <4160> salt water and fresh. Jas 3:18 And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make <4160> peace. Jas 4:13 Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue <4160> <4160> there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain: Jas 4:15 For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do <4160> <4160> this, or that. Jas 4:17 Therefore to him that knoweth to do <4160> good, and doeth <4160> it not, to him it is sin. Jas 5:15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed <4160> sins, they shall be forgiven him. 1Pe 2:22 Who did <4160> no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth: 1Pe 3:11 Let him eschew evil, and do <4160> good; let him seek peace, and ensue it. 1Pe 3:12 For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do <4160> evil. 2Pe 1:10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make <4160> your calling and election sure: for if ye do <4160> these things, ye shall never fall: 2Pe 1:15 Moreover I will endeavour that ye may be able after my decease to have <4160> these things always in remembrance. 2Pe 1:19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do <4160> well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: 1Jo 1:6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do <4160> not the truth: 1Jo 1:10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make <4160> him a liar, and his word is not in us. 1Jo 2:17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth <4160> the will of God abideth for ever. 1Jo 2:29 If ye know that he is righteous, ye know that every one that doeth <4160> righteousness is born of him. 1Jo 3:4 Whosoever committeth <4160> sin transgresseth <4160> also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. 1Jo 3:7 Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth <4160> righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous. 1Jo 3:8 He that committeth <4160> sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. 1Jo 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth <4160> not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. 1Jo 3:10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth <4160> not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother. 1Jo 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do <4160> those things that are pleasing in his sight. 1Jo 5:10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made <4160> him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son. 3Jo 1:5 Beloved, thou doest <4160> faithfully whatsoever thou doest to the brethren, and to strangers; 3Jo 1:6 Which have borne witness of thy charity before the church: whom if thou bring forward on their journey after a godly sort, thou shalt do <4160> well: 3Jo 1:10 Wherefore, if I come, I will remember his deeds which he doeth <4160>, prating against us with malicious words: and not content therewith, neither doth he himself receive the brethren, and forbiddeth them that would, and casteth them out of the church. Jude 1:3 Beloved, when I gave <4160> all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. Jude 1:15 To execute <4160> judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. Re 1:6 And hath made <4160> us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. Re 2:5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do <4160> the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent. Re 3:9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make <4160> them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. Re 3:12 Him that overcometh will I make <4160> a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name. Re 5:10 And hast made <4160> us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. Re 11:7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make <4160> war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. Re 12:15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause <4160> her to be carried away of the flood. Re 12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make <4160> war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. Re 13:5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue <4160> forty and two months. Re 13:7 And it was given unto him to make <4160> war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. Re 13:12 And he exerciseth <4160> all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth <4160> the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. Re 13:13 And he doeth <4160> great wonders, so that he maketh <4160> fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, Re 13:14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do <4160> in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make <4160> an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. Re 13:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause <4160> that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. Re 13:16 And he causeth <4160> all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: Re 14:7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made <4160> heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. Re 16:14 For they are the spirits of devils, working <4160> miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty. Re 17:16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make <4160> her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire. Re 17:17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil <4160> his will, and to agree <4160>, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled. Re 19:19 And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make <4160> war against him that sat on the horse, and against his army. Re 19:20 And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought <4160> miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. Re 21:5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make <4160> all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. Re 21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh <4160> abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life. Re 22:2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare <4160> twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. Re 22:14 Blessed are they that do <4160> his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. Re 22:15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh <4160> a lie.
