Minuscule 12 (in the Gregory-Aland numbering), A137 (Von Soden). It is a Greek minuscule manuscript of the New Testament, on 294 parchment leaves (26 by 20 cm), dated paleographically to the 14th century.<ref name=Aland>K. Aland, M. Welte, B. Köster, K. Description

The codex contains a complete text of the four Gospels with the commentaries. Written in one column per page, biblical text in 21 lines and text of coommentary in 57 lines per page. The Eusebian Canons were given, and synaxaria. It contains Prolegomena, Epistula ad Carpianum, Menologion, and subscriptions.<ref name = Gregory>Gregory, Caspar René, Textkritik des Neuen Testaments, Vol. 1, 1900 Leipzig, p. 131 </ref>

The Greek text of the codex is a representative of the Byzantine text-type,<ref>Kurt Aland, and Barbara Aland, "The Text of the New Testament: An Introduction to the Critical Editions and to the Theory and Practice of Modern Textual Criticism", transl. The codex now is located at the National Library of France (Gr. 230) at Paris.<ref name=Aland/>
