Numbers 21:14 Wherefore it is said in the book of the wars of the LORD, What he did in the Red sea, and in the brooks of Arnon,
Marginal note: |Or, Vaheb in Suphah.

In Numbers 21:14 we read: "Wherefore it is said in the book of the wars of the LORD, WHAT HE DID IN THE RED SEA, and in the brooks of Arnon."
"What He did in the Red Sea" is the reading found in Wycliffe, Bishops' Bible, Geneva, The Spanish Reina Valera (Lo que hizó en el Mar Rojo) Webster's, KJV21 and Third Millenium Bible. However again the NKJV joins the NASB, NIV, RSV and says: "Therefore it is said in the Book of the Wars of the LORD: "WAHEB IN SUPHAH", the brooks of the Arnon." Then in a footnote tells us "Waheb in Suphah" are "unknown places".
