And they said among themselves, Who shall roll us away the stone from the door of the sepulchre?

b　ところが、目を上げて見ると、あれほど大きい石だったのに、その石がすでにころがしてあった。

And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away: for it was very great.

a　また墓に入り来りて、彼等は白き衣装を着て、右の方に坐する〔一人の〕若者を見たり。されば彼等は甚く駭（おどる）けり。

b　それで、墓の中にはいったところ、真白な長い衣をまとった青年が右側にすわっているのが見えた。彼女たちは驚いた。

And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were affrighted.

b　青年は言った。「驚いてはいけません。あなたがたは、十字架につけられたナザレ人イエスを捜しているのでしょう。あの方はよみがえられました。ここにはおられません。ご覧なさい。ここがあの方の納められた所です。

And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him.

a　されど往け。彼の弟子等とペテロとにいへ、彼は汝等に先立ちてガリラヤに往き給ふと。彼処にて汝等は目のあたり彼を見るべし、彼の汝等に曰ひしが如し。

b　ですから行って、お弟子たつとペテロに、『イエスは、あなたがたより先にガリラヤへ行かれます。前に言われたとおり、そこでお会いできます。』とそう言いなさい。」

But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said unto you.

And they went out quickly, and fled from the sepulchre; for they trembled and were amazed: neither said they any thing to any man; for they were afraid.

Now when Jesus was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils.

And she went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and wept.

And they, when they had heard that he was alive, and had been seen of her, believed not.

After that he appeared in another form unto two of them, as they walked, and went into the country.

a　されば彼等は去って、余の人々に報じたり。されど彼等は彼等を信ぜざりき。

b　そこでこのふたりも、残りの人たちのところへ行ってこれを知らせたが、彼らはふたりの話も信じなかった。

And they went and told it unto the residue: neither believed they them.
 +

a　その後彼等の席に着きしとき、彼等十一に彼は顕れ給ひて、その不信なると、頑（かたくな）なる心とを非難し給へり。そは起き給ひし彼を看たる人々を、彼等は信ぜざりしが故なり。

b　しかしそれから後になって、イエスは、その十二人が食卓に着いたいるところに現れて、彼らの不信仰とかたくなな心をお責めになった。それは、彼らが、よみがえられたイエスを見た人たちの言うことを信じなかったからである。

Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

a　信じ且つバプテズマせられたる者は救はるべし、されど信ぜざる者は罪に定めらるべし。

b　信じてバプテスマを受かる者は、救われます。しかし、信じない者は罪に定められます。

He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

a　また信じたる者には此等の徴常に従ふべし、我が名に於て悪鬼を逐ひ出だすべし、新しき言葉にて彼等は話たるべし。

b　信じる人々には次のようなしるしが伴います。すなわち、わたしの名によって悪霊を追いだし、新しいことばを語り、

a　彼等は蛇を攫み上ぐべし。また死「ぬべきものを飲むとも、必ず彼等を害（そこな）はじ。病身なる者の上に彼等は手を按（お）かん、かくて彼等は良くなるべし。

b　蛇をもつかみ、たとい毒を飲んでも決して害を受けず、また、病人に手を置けば病人はいやされます。」
 +
 +
They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

a　是の故に主は彼等に話り給ふうちに、天に挙げられ給へり。かくて神の右手に坐し給へり。
 +

b　主イエスは、彼らにこう話されて後、天に上げられて神の右の座に着かれた。

So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.

a　かくて彼等は出で来りて遍く〔福音を〕宣べたり。主は彼等と同に働き給ひ、且つこれに従ふ徴によりて言を堅（かた）ふし給ひたり。アメン。　マルコ伝聖福音終り。

b　そこで、彼らは出て行って、至る所で福音を宣べ伝えた。主は彼らとともに働き、みことばに伴うしるしをもて、みことばを確かなものとされた。〕別の追加文〔さて、女たちは、命じられたすべてのことを、ペテロとその仲間の人々にさっそく知らせた。その後、イエスご自身、彼らによって、きよく、朽ちることのない、永遠の救いのおとずれを、東の果てから、西の果てまで送り届けられた。〕

And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.
