Est 10:1 (9:33) And the king Ahasuerus layed tribute vpon the land, & vpon the iles of the sea. Est 10:2 (9:34) And all the actes of his power and of his might, & the declaration of the dignitie of Mardocheus wherwith the king magnified him, be they not written in the bookes of ye chronicles of the kinges of Medes and Persia? Est 10:3 (9:35) For Mardocheus the Iewe, was the second next vnto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Iewes, and accepted among the multitude of his brethren, as one that seeketh the wealth of his people, and speaketh peaceably for all his seede.
