Scott,We have had many non Christians join bible groups. In fact, they often seem more into the idea that long-time Christians. The word of God is pofrewul and we do see many of the unbelievers come to Christ.  Some have not, but a good percentage have.You might be surprised how many people like the idea of reading the bible cover to cover with a small group of people in a year or less.  In my experience non Christians are just about as open to it as Christians.
