1 And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, "Go your ways and pour out the vials of the wrath of God on the earth."
1 Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and talked with me, saying to me, “Come here, I will show you the judgment of the great harlot who sits on many waters,
2 And the first went and poured out his vial on the earth, and there fell a harmful and grievous sore on the men who had the mark of the beast and on those who worshipped his image.
2 with whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.
3 And the second angel poured out his vial on the sea, and it became like the blood of a dead man, and every living soul died in the sea.
3 So he carried me away in the Spirit into the wilderness. And I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet colored beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
4 And the third angel poured out his vial on the rivers and fountains of waters, and they became blood.
4 And the woman was arrayed in purple    and    scarlet    colors,    and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abomina-tions and the filthiness of her fornication.
5 And I heard the angel of the waters say, "You are righteous, O Lord, who is, and was, and shall be, because You have judged these things.
5 And on her forehead a name was written:  MYSTERY, BABYLON  THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and You have given them blood to drink, for they are worthy."
6 And I saw the  woman  drunk  with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus. And when I saw her, I marveled with great amazement.
7 And I heard another out of the altar say, "Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are Your judgments."
7 But the angel said to me, “Why did you marvel? I will tell you the mystery of the woman and of the beast that carries her, that has the seven heads and ten horns.
8 And the fourth angel poured out his vial on the sun, and power was given to it to scorch men with fire.
8 The beast that you saw was, and is not, and will ascend out of the bottomless pit and go to perdition. And those who dwell on the earth will marvel, whose names are not written in the Book of Life from the foundation of the world, when they see the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
9 And men were scorched with great heat and blasphemed the name of God, who has power over these plagues, and they did not repent to give Him glory.
9 “And here is the mind that has wisdom: The seven heads are seven mountains on that the woman sits.
10 And the fifth angel poured out his vial on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom was full of darkness. And they gnawed their tongues in pain
10 And there are seven kings. Five have fallen, one is, and the other has not yet come. And when he comes, he must continue a short time.
11 and blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and did not repent of their deeds.
11 And the beast that was, and is not,  he  is  also the eighth, and is  of the seven, and goes to perdition.
12 And the sixth angel poured out his vial on the great river Euphrates, and the water in it was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.
12 “And the ten horns that you saw  are  ten  kings  who  have  received no kingdom as yet, but receive authority as kings for one hour with the beast.
13 And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
13 These  are all  of one  mind, and
14 For they are the spirits of demons, working miracles, which go out to the kings of the earth and to the whole world to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
will give their power and authority to the beast.
15 "Behold, I come like a thief. Blessed is he who watches and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked and they see his shame."
14 These will make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb will overcome them, because He is Lord of lords and King of kings; and those who are with Him are called, chosen, and faithful.
16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
15 Then he said to me, “The waters that you saw, where the harlot sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations, and languages.
17 And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air, and a great voice came out of the temple of heaven from the throne, saying, "It is done."
16 And the ten horns that you saw upon the beast, these will hate the harlot, and will make her desolate and naked, will eat her flesh and burn her with fire.
18 And there were voices and thundering and lightning. And there was a great earthquake, so mighty an earthquake and so great, such as has not been since men were on the earth.
17 Because, God has put into their hearts to fulfill His will, to be in agreement, and give their kingdom to the beast, until the words of God will be fulfilled.
19 And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. And great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give to her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of His wrath.
18 And the woman whom you saw is that great city that reigns over the kings of the earth.
20 And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.
21 And there fell on men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent. And men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail, for the plague was exceedingly great.
