* [[Mark 1:2  (1611 KJV)|2]]            As it is written in the Prophets, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.
* [[Mark 1:3  (1611 KJV)|3]]            The voice of one crying in the wildernesse, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.
* [[Mark 1:4  (1611 KJV)|4]]            Iohn did baptize in the wildernesse, and preach the baptisme of repentance, for the remission of sinnes.

* [[Mark 1:40 (1611 KJV)|40]]            And there came a leper to him, beseeching him, and kneeling downe to him, and saying vnto him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me cleane.
