Mark

Mr 1:2 As it is written in <1722> the prophets, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee. Mr 1:3 The voice of one crying in <1722> the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. Mr 1:4 John did baptize in <1722> the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins. Mr 1:5 And there went out unto him all the land of Judaea, and they of Jerusalem, and were all baptized of him in <1722> the river of Jordan, confessing their sins. Mr 1:8 I indeed have baptized you with <1722> water: but he shall baptize you with <1722> the Holy Ghost. Mr 1:9 And it came to pass in <1722> those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan. Mr 1:11 And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in <1722> whom I am well pleased. Mr 1:13 And he was there in <1722> the wilderness forty days, tempted of Satan; and was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered unto him. Mr 1:15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe <1722> the gospel. Mr 1:16 Now as he walked by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into <1722> the sea: for they were fishers. Mr 1:19 And when he had gone a little further thence, he saw James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, who also were in <1722> the ship mending their nets. Mr 1:20 And straightway he called them: and they left their father Zebedee in <1722> the ship with the hired servants, and went after him. Mr 1:23 And there was in <1722> their synagogue a man with <1722> an unclean spirit; and he cried out, Mr 1:39 And he preached in <1722> their synagogues throughout all Galilee, and cast out devils. Mr 1:45 But he went out, and began to publish it much, and to blaze abroad the matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but was without in <1722> desert places: and they came to him from every quarter. Mr 2:6 But there were certain of the scribes sitting there, and reasoning in <1722> their hearts, Mr 2:8 And immediately when Jesus perceived in his spirit that they so reasoned within <1722> themselves, he said unto them, Why reason ye these things in <1722> your hearts? Mr 2:15 And it came to pass, that <1722>, as Jesus sat at meat in <1722> his house, many publicans and sinners sat also together with Jesus and his disciples: for there were many, and they followed him. Mr 2:19 And Jesus said unto them, Can the children of the bridechamber fast, while <1722> the bridegroom is with them? as long as they have the bridegroom with them, they cannot fast. Mr 2:20 But the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them, and then shall they fast in <1722> those days. Mr 2:23 And it came to pass, that he went through the corn fields on <1722> the sabbath day; and his disciples began, as they went, to pluck the ears of corn. Mr 2:24 And the Pharisees said unto him, Behold, why do they on <1722> the sabbath day that which is not lawful? Mr 3:22 And the scribes which came down from Jerusalem said, He hath Beelzebub, and by <1722> the prince of the devils casteth he out devils. Mr 3:23 And he called them unto him, and said unto them in <1722> parables, How can Satan cast out Satan? Mr 4:1 And he began again to teach by the sea side: and there was gathered unto him a great multitude, so that he entered into a ship, and sat in <1722> the sea; and the whole multitude was by the sea on the land. Mr 4:2 And he taught them many things by <1722> parables, and said unto them in <1722> his doctrine, Mr 4:4 And it came to pass, as <1722> he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up. Mr 4:11 And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in <1722> parables: Mr 4:15 And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in <1722> their hearts. Mr 4:17 And have no root in <1722> themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word’s sake, immediately they are offended. Mr 4:24 And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with <1722> what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given. Mr 4:28 For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in <1722> the ear. Mr 4:30 And he said, Whereunto shall we liken the kingdom of God? or with <1722> what comparison shall we compare it? Mr 4:35 And the <1722> same day, when the even was come, he saith unto them, Let us pass over unto the other side. Mr 4:36 And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in <1722> the ship. And there were also with him other little ships. Mr 5:2 And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with <1722> an unclean spirit, Mr 5:3 Who had his dwelling among <1722> the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains: Mr 5:5 And always, night and day, he was in <1722> the mountains, and in <1722> the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones. Mr 5:13 And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (they were about two thousand;) and were choked in <1722> the sea. Mr 5:20 And he departed, and began to publish in <1722> Decapolis how great things Jesus had done for him: and all men did marvel. Mr 5:21 And when Jesus was passed over again by <1722> ship unto the other side, much people gathered unto him: and he was nigh unto the sea. Mr 5:25 And a certain woman, which had an <1722> issue of blood twelve years, Mr 5:27 When she had heard of Jesus, came in <1722> the press behind, and touched his garment. Mr 5:30 And Jesus, immediately knowing in <1722> himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in <1722> the press, and said, Who touched my clothes? Mr 6:2 And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in <1722> the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands? Mr 6:3 Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at <1722> him. Mr 6:4 But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in <1722> his own country, and among <1722> his own kin, and in <1722> his own house. Mr 6:11 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear you, when ye depart thence, shake off the dust under your feet for a testimony against them. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrha in <1722> the day of judgment, than for that city. Mr 6:14 And king Herod heard of him; (for his name was spread abroad:) and he said, That John the Baptist was risen from the dead, and therefore mighty works do shew forth themselves in <1722> him. Mr 6:17 For Herod himself had sent forth and laid hold upon John, and bound him in <1722> prison for Herodias’ sake, his brother Philip’s wife: for he had married her. Mr 6:27 And immediately the king sent an executioner, and commanded his head to be brought: and he went and beheaded him in <1722> the prison, Mr 6:29 And when his disciples heard of it, they came and took up his corpse, and laid it in <1722> a tomb. Mr 6:47 And when even was come, the ship was in <1722> the midst of the sea, and he alone on the land. Mr 6:48 And he saw them toiling in <1722> rowing; for the wind was contrary unto them: and about the fourth watch of the night he cometh unto them, walking upon the sea, and would have passed by them. Mr 6:51 And he went up unto them into the ship; and the wind ceased: and they were sore amazed in <1722> themselves beyond measure, and wondered. Mr 6:56 And whithersoever he entered, into villages, or cities, or country, they laid the sick in <1722> the streets, and besought him that they might touch if it were but the border of his garment: and as many as touched him were made whole. Mr 8:1 In <1722> those days the multitude being very great, and having nothing to eat, Jesus called his disciples unto him, and saith unto them, Mr 8:3 And if I send them away fasting to their own houses, they will faint by <1722> the way: for divers of them came from far. Mr 8:14 Now the disciples had forgotten to take bread, neither had they in <1722> the ship with them more than one loaf. Mr 8:26 And he sent him away to his house, saying, Neither go into the town, nor tell it to any in <1722> the town. Mr 8:27 And Jesus went out, and his disciples, into the towns of Caesarea Philippi: and by <1722> the way he asked his disciples, saying unto them, Whom do men say that I am? Mr 8:38 Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in <1722> this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in <1722> the glory of his Father with the holy angels. Mr 9:1 And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That there be some of them that stand here, which shall not taste of death, till they have seen the kingdom of God come with <1722> power. Mr 9:29 And he said unto them, This kind can come forth by <1722> nothing, but by <1722> prayer and fasting. Mr 9:33 And he came to Capernaum: and being in <1722> the house he asked them, What was it that ye disputed among yourselves by <1722> the way? Mr 9:34 But they held their peace: for by <1722> the way they had disputed among themselves, who should be the greatest. Mr 9:36 And he took a child, and set him in <1722> the midst of them: and when he had taken him in his arms, he said unto them, Mr 9:41 For whosoever shall give you a cup of water to drink in <1722> my name, because ye belong to Christ, verily I say unto you, he shall not lose his reward. Mr 9:50 Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his saltness, wherewith <1722> will ye season it? Have salt in <1722> yourselves, and have peace one with <1722> another. Mr 10:10 And in <1722> the house his disciples asked him again of the same matter. Mr 10:21 Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in <1722> heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me. Mr 10:30 But he shall receive an hundredfold now in <1722> this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in <1722> the world to come eternal life. Mr 10:32 And they were in <1722> the way going up to Jerusalem; and Jesus went before them: and they were amazed; and as they followed, they were afraid. And he took again the twelve, and began to tell them what things should happen unto him, Mr 10:37 They said unto him, Grant unto us that we may sit, one on thy right hand, and the other on thy left hand, in <1722> thy glory. Mr 10:43 But so shall it not be among <1722> you: but whosoever will be great among <1722> you, shall be your minister: Mr 10:52 And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in <1722> the way. Mr 11:9 And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna; Blessed is he that cometh in <1722> the name of the Lord: Mr 11:10 Blessed be the kingdom of our father David, that cometh in <1722> the name of the Lord: Hosanna in <1722> the highest. Mr 11:13 And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon <1722>: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet. Mr 11:15 And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in <1722> the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves; Mr 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in <1722> his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Mr 11:25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in <1722> heaven may forgive you your trespasses. Mr 11:26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in <1722> heaven forgive your trespasses. Mr 11:27 And they come again to Jerusalem: and as he was walking in <1722> the temple, there come to him the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders, Mr 11:28 And say unto him, By <1722> what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority to do these things? Mr 11:29 And Jesus answered and said unto them, I will also ask of you one question, and answer me, and I will tell you by <1722> what authority I do these things. Mr 11:33 And they answered and said unto Jesus, We cannot tell. And Jesus answering saith unto them, Neither do I tell you by <1722> what authority I do these things. Mr 12:1 And he began to speak unto them by <1722> parables. A certain man planted a vineyard, and set an hedge about it, and digged a place for the winefat, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went into a far country. Mr 12:11 This was the Lord’s doing, and it is marvellous in <1722> our eyes? Mr 12:23 In <1722> the resurrection therefore, when they shall rise, whose wife shall she be of them? for the seven had her to wife. Mr 12:25 For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in <1722> heaven. Mr 12:26 And as touching the dead, that they rise: have ye not read in <1722> the book of Moses, how in the bush God spake unto him, saying, I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? Mr 12:35 And Jesus answered and said, while he taught in <1722> the temple, How say the scribes that Christ is the Son of David? Mr 12:36 For David himself said by <1722> the Holy Ghost, The LORD said to my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool. Mr 12:38 And he said unto them in <1722> his doctrine, Beware of the scribes, which love to go in <1722> long clothing, and love salutations in <1722> the marketplaces, Mr 12:39 And the chief seats in <1722> the synagogues, and the uppermost rooms at <1722> feasts: Mr 13:11 But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in <1722> that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost. Mr 13:14 But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in <1722> Judaea flee to the mountains: Mr 13:17 But woe to them that are with <1722> child, and to them that give suck in <1722> those days! Mr 13:24 But in <1722> those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, Mr 13:25 And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in <1722> heaven shall be shaken. Mr 13:26 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in <1722> the clouds with great power and glory. Mr 13:32 But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in <1722> heaven, neither the Son, but the Father. Mr 14:1 After two days was the feast of the passover, and of unleavened bread: and the chief priests and the scribes sought how they might take him by <1722> craft, and put him to death. Mr 14:2 But they said, Not on <1722> the feast day, lest there be an uproar of the people. Mr 14:3 And being in <1722> Bethany in <1722> the house of Simon the leper, as he sat at meat, there came a woman having an alabaster box of ointment of spikenard very precious; and she brake the box, and poured it on his head. Mr 14:25 Verily I say unto you, I will drink no more of the fruit of the vine, until that day that I drink it new in <1722> the kingdom of God. Mr 14:27 And Jesus saith unto them, All ye shall be offended because of <1722> me <1722> this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered. Mr 14:30 And Jesus saith unto him, Verily I say unto thee, That this day, even in <1722> this night, before the cock crow twice, thou shalt deny me thrice. Mr 14:49 I was daily with you in <1722> the temple teaching, and ye took me not: but the scriptures must be fulfilled. Mr 14:66 And as Peter was beneath in <1722> the palace, there cometh one of the maids of the high priest: Mr 15:7 And there was one named Barabbas, which lay bound with them that had made insurrection with him, who had committed murder in <1722> the insurrection. Mr 15:29 And they that passed by railed on him, wagging their heads, and saying, Ah, thou that destroyest the temple, and buildest it in <1722> three days, Mr 15:40 There were also women looking on afar off: among <1722> whom was Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James the less and of Joses, and Salome; Mr 15:41 (Who also, when he was in <1722> Galilee, followed him, and ministered unto him;) and many other women which came up with him unto Jerusalem. Mr 15:46 And he bought fine linen, and took him down, and wrapped him in the linen, and laid him in <1722> a sepulchre which was hewn out of a rock, and rolled a stone unto the door of the sepulchre. Mr 16:5 And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on <1722> the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were affrighted. Mr 16:12 After that he appeared in <1722> another form unto two of them, as they walked, and went into the country. Mr 16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In <1722> my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; Lu 1:1 Forasmuch as many have taken in hand to set forth in order a declaration of those things which are most surely believed among <1722> us, Lu 1:5 There was in <1722> the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth. Lu 1:6 And they were both righteous before God, walking in <1722> all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless. Lu 1:7 And they had no child, because that Elisabeth was barren, and they both were now well stricken in <1722> years. Lu 1:8 And it came to pass, that while <1722> he executed the priest’s office before God in <1722> the order of his course, Lu 1:17 And he shall go before him in <1722> the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to <1722> the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord. Lu 1:18 And Zacharias said unto the angel, Whereby shall I know this? for I am an old man, and my wife well stricken in <1722> years. Lu 1:21 And the people waited for Zacharias, and marvelled that <1722> he tarried so long in <1722> the temple. Lu 1:22 And when he came out, he could not speak unto them: and they perceived that he had seen a vision in <1722> the temple: for he beckoned unto them, and remained speechless. Lu 1:25 Thus hath the Lord dealt with me in <1722> the days wherein he looked on me, to take away my reproach among <1722> men. Lu 1:26 And in <1722> the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth, Lu 1:28 And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among <1722> women. Lu 1:31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in <1722> thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. Lu 1:36 And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in <1722> her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren. Lu 1:39 And Mary arose in <1722> those days, and went into the hill country with haste, into a city of Juda; Lu 1:41 And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in <1722> her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost: Lu 1:42 And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among <1722> women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb. Lu 1:44 For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in <1722> my womb for <1722> joy. Lu 1:51 He hath shewed strength with <1722> his arm; he hath scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts. Lu 1:59 And it came to pass, that on <1722> the eighth day they came to circumcise the child; and they called him Zacharias, after the name of his father. Lu 1:61 And they said unto her, There is none of <1722> thy kindred that is called by this name. Lu 1:65 And fear came on all that dwelt round about them: and all these sayings were noised abroad throughout <1722> all the hill country of Judaea. Lu 1:66 And all they that heard them laid them up in <1722> their hearts, saying, What manner of child shall this be! And the hand of the Lord was with him. Lu 1:69 And hath raised up an horn of salvation for us in <1722> the house of his servant David; Lu 1:75 In <1722> holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life. Lu 1:77 To give knowledge of salvation unto his people by <1722> the remission of their sins, Lu 1:78 Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby <1722> the dayspring from on high hath visited us, Lu 1:79 To give light to them that sit in <1722> darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace. Lu 1:80 And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, and was in <1722> the deserts till the day of his shewing unto Israel. Lu 2:1 And it came to pass in <1722> those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed. Lu 2:6 And so it was, that, while <1722> they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. Lu 2:7 And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in <1722> a manger; because there was no room for them in <1722> the inn. Lu 2:8 And there were in <1722> the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. Lu 2:11 For unto you is born this day in <1722> the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. Lu 2:12 And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in <1722> a manger. Lu 2:14 Glory to God in <1722> the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward <1722> men. Lu 2:16 And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in <1722> a manger. Lu 2:19 But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in <1722> her heart. Lu 2:21 And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was called JESUS, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in <1722> the womb. Lu 2:23 (As it is written in <1722> the law of the Lord, Every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to the Lord;) Lu 2:24 And to offer a sacrifice according to that which is said in <1722> the law of the Lord, A pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons. Lu 2:25 And, behold, there was a man in <1722> Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel: and the Holy Ghost was upon him. Lu 2:27 And he came by <1722> the Spirit into the temple: and when the parents brought in <1722> the child Jesus, to do for him after the custom of the law, Lu 2:29 Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in <1722> peace, according to thy word: Lu 2:34 And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in <1722> Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against; Lu 2:36 And there was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser: she was of a great <1722> age, and had lived with an husband seven years from her virginity; Lu 2:38 And she coming in that instant gave thanks likewise unto the Lord, and spake of him to all them that looked for redemption in <1722> Jerusalem. Lu 2:43 And when they had fulfilled the days, as <1722> they returned, the child Jesus tarried behind in <1722> Jerusalem; and Joseph and his mother knew not of it. Lu 2:44 But they, supposing him to have been in <1722> the company, went a day’s journey; and they sought him among <1722> their kinsfolk and <1722> acquaintance. Lu 2:46 And it came to pass, that after three days they found him in <1722> the temple, sitting in <1722> the midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking them questions. Lu 2:49 And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about <1722> my Father’s business? Lu 2:51 And he went down with them, and came to Nazareth, and was subject unto them: but his mother kept all these sayings in <1722> her heart. Lu 3:1 Now in <1722> the fifteenth year of the reign of Tiberius Caesar, Pontius Pilate being governor of Judaea, and Herod being tetrarch of Galilee, and his brother Philip tetrarch of Ituraea and of the region of Trachonitis, and Lysanias the tetrarch of Abilene, Lu 3:2 Annas and Caiaphas being the high priests, the word of God came unto John the son of Zacharias in <1722> the wilderness. Lu 3:4 As it is written in <1722> the book of the words of Esaias the prophet, saying, The voice of one crying in <1722> the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. Lu 3:8 Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within <1722> yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham. Lu 3:15 And as the people were in expectation, and all men mused in <1722> their hearts of John, whether he were the Christ, or not; Lu 3:16 John answered, saying unto them all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I cometh, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with <1722> the Holy Ghost and with fire: Lu 3:17 Whose fan is in <1722> his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and will gather the wheat into his garner; but the chaff he will burn with fire unquenchable. Lu 3:20 Added yet this above all, that he shut up John in <1722> prison. Lu 3:21 Now when all the people were baptized <1722>, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened, Lu 3:22 And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in <1722> thee I am well pleased. Lu 4:1 And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by <1722> the Spirit into the wilderness, Lu 4:2 Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in <1722> those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered. Lu 4:5 And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in <1722> a moment of time. Lu 4:14 And Jesus returned in <1722> the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about. Lu 4:15 And he taught in <1722> their synagogues, being glorified of all. Lu 4:16 And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on <1722> the sabbath day, and stood up for to read. Lu 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at <1722> liberty them that are bruised, Lu 4:20 And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in <1722> the synagogue were fastened on him. Lu 4:21 And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in <1722> your ears. Lu 4:23 And he said unto them, Ye will surely say unto me this proverb, Physician, heal thyself: whatsoever we have heard done in <1722> Capernaum, do also here in <1722> thy country. Lu 4:24 And he said, Verily I say unto you, No prophet is accepted in <1722> his own country. Lu 4:25 But I tell you of a truth, many widows were in <1722> Israel in <1722> the days of Elias, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when great famine was throughout all the land; Lu 4:27 And many lepers were in <1722> Israel in the time of Eliseus the prophet; and none of them was cleansed, saving Naaman the Syrian. Lu 4:28 And all they in <1722> the synagogue, when they heard these things, were filled with wrath, Lu 4:31 And came down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and taught them on <1722> the sabbath days. Lu 4:32 And they were astonished at his doctrine: for his word was with <1722> power. Lu 4:33 And in <1722> the synagogue there was a man, which had a spirit of an unclean devil, and cried out with a loud voice, Lu 4:36 And they were all amazed, and spake among themselves, saying, What a word is this! for with <1722> authority and power he commandeth the unclean spirits, and they come out. Lu 4:44 And he preached in <1722> the synagogues of Galilee. Lu 5:1 And it came to pass, that, as <1722> the people pressed upon him to hear the word of God, he stood by the lake of Gennesaret, Lu 5:7 And they beckoned unto their partners, which were in <1722> the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink. Lu 5:12 And it came to pass, when he was <1722> in <1722> a certain city, behold a man full of leprosy: who seeing Jesus fell on his face, and besought him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. Lu 5:16 And he withdrew himself into <1722> the wilderness, and prayed. Lu 5:17 And it came to pass on <1722> a certain day, as he was teaching, that there were Pharisees and doctors of the law sitting by, which were come out of every town of Galilee, and Judaea, and Jerusalem: and the power of the Lord was present to heal them. Lu 5:22 But when Jesus perceived their thoughts, he answering said unto them, What reason ye in <1722> your hearts? Lu 5:29 And Levi made him a great feast in <1722> his own house: and there was a great company of publicans and of others that sat down with them. Lu 5:34 And he said unto them, Can ye make the children of the bridechamber fast, while <1722> the bridegroom is with them? Lu 5:35 But the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them, and then shall they fast in <1722> those days. Lu 6:1 And it came to pass on <1722> the second sabbath after the first, that he went through the corn fields; and his disciples plucked the ears of corn, and did eat, rubbing them in their hands. Lu 6:2 And certain of the Pharisees said unto them, Why do ye that which is not lawful to do on <1722> the sabbath days? Lu 6:6 And it came to pass also on <1722> another sabbath, that he entered into the synagogue and taught: and there was a man whose right hand was withered. Lu 6:7 And the scribes and Pharisees watched him, whether he would heal on <1722> the sabbath day; that they might find an accusation against him. Lu 6:12 And it came to pass in <1722> those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in <1722> prayer to God. Lu 6:23 Rejoice ye in <1722> that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in <1722> heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets. Lu 6:41 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in <1722> thy brother’s eye, but perceivest not the beam that is in <1722> thine own eye? Lu 6:42 Either how canst thou say to thy brother, Brother, let me pull out the mote that is in <1722> thine eye, when thou thyself beholdest not the beam that is in <1722> thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to pull out the mote that is in <1722> thy brother’s eye. Lu 7:9 When Jesus heard these things, he marvelled at him, and turned him about, and said unto the people that followed him, I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in <1722> Israel. Lu 7:11 And it came to pass <1722> the day after, that he went into a city called Nain; and many of his disciples went with him, and much people. Lu 7:16 And there came a fear on all: and they glorified God, saying, That a great prophet is risen up among <1722> us; and, That God hath visited his people. Lu 7:17 And this rumour of him went forth throughout <1722> all Judaea, and throughout <1722> all the region round about. Lu 7:21 And in <1722> that same hour he cured many of their infirmities and plagues, and of evil spirits; and unto many that were blind he gave sight. Lu 7:23 And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in <1722> me. Lu 7:25 But what went ye out for to see? A man clothed in <1722> soft raiment? Behold, they which are <1722> gorgeously apparelled, and live delicately, are in <1722> kings’ courts. Lu 7:28 For I say unto you, Among <1722> those that are born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist: but he that is least in <1722> the kingdom of God is greater than he. Lu 7:32 They are like unto children sitting in <1722> the marketplace, and calling one to another, and saying, We have piped unto you, and ye have not danced; we have mourned to you, and ye have not wept. Lu 7:37 And, behold, a woman in <1722> the city, which was a sinner, when she knew that Jesus sat at meat in <1722> the Pharisee’s house, brought an alabaster box of ointment, Lu 7:39 Now when the Pharisee which had bidden him saw it, he spake within <1722> himself, saying, This man, if he were a prophet, would have known who and what manner of woman this is that toucheth him: for she is a sinner. Lu 7:49 And they that sat at meat with him began to say within <1722> themselves, Who is this that forgiveth sins also? Lu 8:1 And it came to pass afterward <1722>, that he went throughout every city and village, preaching and shewing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God: and the twelve were with him, Lu 8:5 A sower went out to sow his seed: and as <1722> he sowed, some fell by the way side; and it was trodden down, and the fowls of the air devoured it. Lu 8:7 And some fell among <1722> thorns; and the thorns sprang up with it, and choked it. Lu 8:10 And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in <1722> parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand. Lu 8:13 They on the rock are they, which, when they hear, receive the word with joy; and these have no root, which for a while believe, and in <1722> time of temptation fall away. Lu 8:15 But that on <1722> the good ground are they, which in <1722> an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with <1722> patience. Lu 8:22 Now it came to pass on <1722> a certain day, that he went into a ship with his disciples: and he said unto them, Let us go over unto the other side of the lake. And they launched forth. Lu 8:27 And when he went forth to land, there met him out of the city a certain man, which had devils long time, and ware no clothes, neither abode in <1722> any house, but in <1722> the tombs. Lu 8:32 And there was there an herd of many swine feeding on <1722> the mountain: and they besought him that he would suffer them to enter into them. And he suffered them. Lu 8:40 And it came to pass, that, when <1722> Jesus was returned, the people gladly received him: for they were all waiting for him. Lu 8:42 For he had one only daughter, about twelve years of age, and she lay a dying. But as <1722> he went the people thronged him. Lu 8:43 And a woman having <1722> an issue of blood twelve years, which had spent all her living upon physicians, neither could be healed of any, Lu 9:12 And when the day began to wear away, then came the twelve, and said unto him, Send the multitude away, that they may go into the towns and country round about, and lodge, and get victuals: for we are here in <1722> a desert place. Lu 9:18 And it came to pass, as <1722> he was alone praying, his disciples were with him: and he asked them, saying, Whom say the people that I am? Lu 9:26 For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in <1722> his own glory, and in his Father’s, and of the holy angels. Lu 9:29 And as <1722> he prayed, the fashion of his countenance was altered, and his raiment was white and glistering. Lu 9:31 Who appeared in <1722> glory, and spake of his decease which he should accomplish at <1722> Jerusalem. Lu 9:33 And it came to pass, as <1722> they departed from him, Peter said unto Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias: not knowing what he said. Lu 9:34 While he thus spake, there came a cloud, and overshadowed them: and they feared as <1722> they entered into the cloud. Lu 9:36 And when the voice was past <1722>, Jesus was found alone. And they kept it close, and told no man in <1722> those days any of those things which they had seen. Lu 9:37 And it came to pass, that on <1722> the next day, when they were come down from the hill, much people met him. Lu 9:46 Then there arose a reasoning among <1722> them, which of them should be greatest. Lu 9:48 And said unto them, Whosoever shall receive this child in my name receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me receiveth him that sent me: for he that is least among <1722> you all, the same shall be great. Lu 9:51 And it came to pass, when <1722> the time was come that he should be received up, he stedfastly set his face to go to Jerusalem, Lu 9:57 And it came to pass, that, as they went in <1722> the way, a certain man said unto him, Lord, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest. Lu 10:3 Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among <1722> wolves. Lu 10:7 And in <1722> the same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the labourer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house. Lu 10:9 And heal the sick that are therein <1722>, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you. Lu 10:12 But I say unto you, that it shall be more tolerable in <1722> that day for Sodom, than for that city. Lu 10:13 Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in <1722> Tyre and Sidon, which have been done in <1722> you, they had a great while ago repented, sitting in <1722> sackcloth and ashes. Lu 10:14 But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at <1722> the judgment, than for you. Lu 10:17 And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through <1722> thy name. Lu 10:20 Notwithstanding in <1722> this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in <1722> heaven. Lu 10:21 In <1722> that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight. Lu 10:26 He said unto him, What is written in <1722> the law? how readest thou? Lu 10:31 And by chance there came down a certain priest that <1722> way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side. Lu 10:35 And on the morrow when he departed, he took out two pence, and gave them to the host, and said unto him, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, when I come again <1722>, I will repay thee. Lu 10:38 Now it came to pass, as <1722> they went, that he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house. Lu 11:1 And it came to pass, that, as <1722> he was praying in <1722> a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples. Lu 11:2 And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in <1722> heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in <1722> heaven, so in earth. Lu 11:15 But some of them said, He casteth out devils through <1722> Beelzebub the chief of the devils. Lu 11:18 If Satan also be divided against himself, how shall his kingdom stand? because ye say that I cast out devils through <1722> Beelzebub. Lu 11:19 And if I by <1722> Beelzebub cast out devils, by <1722> whom do your sons cast them out? therefore shall they be your judges. Lu 11:20 But if I with <1722> the finger of God cast out devils, no doubt the kingdom of God is come upon you. Lu 11:21 When a strong man armed keepeth his palace, his goods are in <1722> peace: Lu 11:27 And it came to pass, as <1722> he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked. Lu 11:31 The queen of the south shall rise up in <1722> the judgment with the men of this generation, and condemn them: for she came from the utmost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here. Lu 11:32 The men of Nineve shall rise up in <1722> the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here. Lu 11:35 Take heed therefore that the light which is in <1722> thee be not darkness. Lu 11:37 And as <1722> he spake, a certain Pharisee besought him to dine with him: and he went in, and sat down to meat. Lu 11:43 Woe unto you, Pharisees! for ye love the uppermost seats in <1722> the synagogues, and greetings in <1722> the markets. Lu 12:1 In <1722> the mean time, when there were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people, insomuch that they trode one upon another, he began to say unto his disciples first of all, Beware ye of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy. Lu 12:3 Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in <1722> darkness shall be heard in <1722> the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in <1722> closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops. Lu 12:8 Also I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess <1722> me before men, <1722> him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God: Lu 12:12 For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in <1722> the same hour what ye ought to say. Lu 12:15 And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in <1722> the abundance of the things which he possesseth. Lu 12:17 And he thought within <1722> himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits? Lu 12:27 Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in <1722> all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Lu 12:28 If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in <1722> the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith? Lu 12:33 Sell that ye have, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in <1722> the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth. Lu 12:38 And if he shall come in <1722> the second watch, or come in <1722> the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants. Lu 12:42 And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in <1722> due season? Lu 12:45 But and if that servant say in <1722> his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken; Lu 12:46 The lord of that servant will come in <1722> a day when he looketh not for him, and at <1722> an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers. Lu 12:51 Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on <1722> earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division: Lu 12:52 For from henceforth there shall be five in <1722> one house divided, three against two, and two against three. Lu 12:58 When thou goest with thine adversary to the magistrate, as thou art in <1722> the way, give diligence that thou mayest be delivered from him; lest he hale thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and the officer cast thee into prison. Lu 13:1 There were present at <1722> that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices. Lu 13:4 Or those eighteen, upon whom the tower in <1722> Siloam fell, and slew them, think ye that they were sinners above all men that dwelt in <1722> Jerusalem? Lu 13:6 He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in <1722> his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon <1722>, and found none. Lu 13:7 Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on <1722> this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground? Lu 13:10 And he was teaching in <1722> one of the synagogues on <1722> the sabbath. Lu 13:14 And the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because that Jesus had healed on the sabbath day, and said unto the people, There are six days in <1722> which men ought to work: in <1722> them therefore come and be healed, and not on the sabbath day. Lu 13:19 It is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and cast into his garden; and it grew, and waxed a great tree; and the fowls of the air lodged in <1722> the branches of it. Lu 13:26 Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in <1722> our streets. Lu 13:28 There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in <1722> the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out. Lu 13:29 And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in <1722> the kingdom of God. Lu 13:31 The same <1722> day there came certain of the Pharisees, saying unto him, Get thee out, and depart hence: for Herod will kill thee. Lu 13:35 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate: and verily I say unto you, Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in <1722> the name of the Lord. Lu 14:1 And it came to pass, as <1722> he went into the house of one of the chief Pharisees to eat bread on the sabbath day, that they watched him. Lu 14:5 And answered them, saying, Which of you shall have an ass or an ox fallen into a pit, and will not straightway pull him out on <1722> the sabbath day? Lu 14:14 And thou shalt be blessed; for they cannot recompense thee: for thou shalt be recompensed at <1722> the resurrection of the just. Lu 14:15 And when one of them that sat at meat with him heard these things, he said unto him, Blessed is he that shall eat bread in <1722> the kingdom of God. Lu 14:31 Or what king, going to make war against another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he be able with <1722> ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand? Lu 14:34 Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith <1722> shall it be seasoned? Lu 15:4 What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in <1722> the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it? Lu 15:7 I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in <1722> heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance. Lu 15:25 Now his elder son was in <1722> the field: and as he came and drew nigh to the house, he heard musick and dancing. Lu 16:3 Then the steward said within <1722> himself, What shall I do? for my lord taketh away from me the stewardship: I cannot dig; to beg I am ashamed. Lu 16:10 He that is faithful in <1722> that which is least is faithful also in <1722> much: and he that is unjust in <1722> the least is unjust also in <1722> much. Lu 16:11 If therefore ye have not been faithful in <1722> the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches? Lu 16:12 And if ye have not been faithful in <1722> that which is another man’s, who shall give you that which is your own? Lu 16:15 And he said unto them, Ye are they which justify yourselves before men; but God knoweth your hearts: for that which is highly esteemed among <1722> men is abomination in the sight of God. Lu 16:23 And in <1722> hell he lift up his eyes, being in <1722> torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in <1722> his bosom. Lu 16:24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in <1722> this flame. Lu 16:25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in <1722> thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. Lu 17:6 And the Lord said, If ye had faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye might say unto this sycamine tree, Be thou plucked up by the root, and be thou planted in <1722> the sea; and it should obey you. Lu 17:11 And it came to pass, as <1722> he went to Jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee. Lu 17:14 And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went <1722>, they were cleansed. Lu 17:24 For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in <1722> his day. Lu 17:26 And as it was in <1722> the days of Noe, so shall it be also in <1722> the days of the Son of man. Lu 17:28 Likewise also as it was in <1722> the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; Lu 17:31 In <1722> that day, he which shall be upon the housetop, and his stuff in <1722> the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that is in <1722> the field, let him likewise not return back. Lu 17:36 Two men shall be in <1722> the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Lu 18:2 Saying, There was in <1722> a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man: Lu 18:3 And there was a widow in <1722> that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary. Lu 18:4 And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within <1722> himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man; Lu 18:8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily <1722>. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? Lu 18:22 Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in <1722> heaven: and come, follow me. Lu 18:30 Who shall not receive manifold more in <1722> this present time, and in <1722> the world to come life everlasting. Lu 18:35 And it came to pass, that as <1722> he was come nigh unto Jericho, a certain blind man sat by the way side begging: Lu 19:5 And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up, and saw him, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at <1722> thy house. Lu 19:15 And it came to pass, that when <1722> he was returned, having received the kingdom, then he commanded these servants to be called unto him, to whom he had given the money, that he might know how much every man had gained by trading. Lu 19:17 And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in <1722> a very little, have thou authority over ten cities. Lu 19:20 And another came, saying, Lord, behold, here is thy pound, which I have kept laid up in <1722> a napkin: Lu 19:30 Saying, Go ye into the village over against you; in <1722> the which at your entering ye shall find a colt tied, whereon yet never man sat: loose him, and bring him hither. Lu 19:36 And as he went, they spread their clothes in <1722> the way. Lu 19:38 Saying, Blessed be the King that cometh in <1722> the name of the Lord: peace in <1722> heaven, and glory in <1722> the highest. Lu 19:42 Saying, If thou hadst known, even thou, at least in <1722> this thy day, the things which belong unto thy peace! but now they are hid from thine eyes. Lu 19:44 And shall lay thee even with the ground, and thy children within <1722> thee; and they shall not leave in <1722> thee one stone upon another; because thou knewest not the time of thy visitation. Lu 19:45 And he went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold therein <1722>, and them that bought; Lu 19:47 And he taught daily in <1722> the temple. But the chief priests and the scribes and the chief of the people sought to destroy him, Lu 20:1 And it came to pass, that on <1722> one of those days, as he taught the people in <1722> the temple, and preached the gospel, the chief priests and the scribes came upon him with the elders, Lu 20:2 And spake unto him, saying, Tell us, by <1722> what authority doest thou these things? or who is he that gave thee this authority? Lu 20:8 And Jesus said unto them, Neither tell I you by <1722> what authority I do these things. Lu 20:10 And at <1722> the season he sent a servant to the husbandmen, that they should give him of the fruit of the vineyard: but the husbandmen beat him, and sent him away empty. Lu 20:19 And the chief priests and the scribes the same <1722> hour sought to lay hands on him; and they feared the people: for they perceived that he had spoken this parable against them. Lu 20:33 Therefore in <1722> the resurrection whose wife of them is she? for seven had her to wife. Lu 20:42 And David himself saith in <1722> the book of Psalms, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, Lu 20:46 Beware of the scribes, which desire to walk in <1722> long robes, and love greetings in <1722> the markets, and the highest seats in <1722> the synagogues, and the chief rooms at <1722> feasts; Lu 21:6 As for these things which ye behold, the days will come, in <1722> the which there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. Lu 21:19 In <1722> your patience possess ye your souls. Lu 21:21 Then let them which are in <1722> Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in <1722> the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in <1722> the countries enter thereinto. Lu 21:23 But woe unto <1722> them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in <1722> those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon <1722> this people. Lu 21:25 And there shall be signs in <1722> the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with <1722> perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Lu 21:27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in <1722> a cloud with power and great glory. Lu 21:34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with <1722> surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. Lu 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always <1722>, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. Lu 21:37 And in the day time he was teaching in <1722> the temple; and at night he went out, and abode in the mount that is called the mount of Olives. Lu 21:38 And all the people came early in the morning to him in <1722> the temple, for to hear him. Lu 22:7 Then came the day of unleavened bread, when <1722> the passover must be killed. Lu 22:16 For I say unto you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in <1722> the kingdom of God. Lu 22:20 Likewise also the cup after supper, saying, This cup is the new testament in <1722> my blood, which is shed for you. Lu 22:24 And there was also a strife among <1722> them, which of them should be accounted the greatest. Lu 22:26 But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among <1722> you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve. Lu 22:27 For whether is greater, he that sitteth at meat, or he that serveth? is not he that sitteth at meat? but I am among <1722> you as he that serveth. Lu 22:28 Ye are they which have continued with me in <1722> my temptations. Lu 22:30 That ye may eat and drink at my table in <1722> my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel. Lu 22:37 For I say unto you, that this that is written must yet be accomplished in <1722> me, And he was reckoned among the transgressors: for the things concerning me have an end. Lu 22:44 And being in <1722> an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground. Lu 22:49 When they which were about him saw what would follow, they said unto him, Lord, shall we smite with <1722> the sword? Lu 22:53 When I was daily with you in <1722> the temple, ye stretched forth no hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness. Lu 22:55 And when they had kindled a fire in <1722> the midst of the hall, and were set down together, Peter sat down among <1722> them. Lu 23:4 Then said Pilate to the chief priests and to the people, I find no fault in <1722> this man. Lu 23:7 And as soon as he knew that he belonged unto Herod’s jurisdiction, he sent him to Herod, who himself also was at <1722> Jerusalem at <1722> that time. Lu 23:9 Then he questioned with him in <1722> many words; but he answered him nothing. Lu 23:12 And the same <1722> day Pilate and Herod were made friends together: for before they were at <1722> enmity between themselves. Lu 23:14 Said unto them, Ye have brought this man unto me, as one that perverteth the people: and, behold, I, having examined him before you, have found no fault in <1722> this man touching those things whereof ye accuse him: Lu 23:19 (Who for a certain sedition made in <1722> the city, and for murder, was cast into prison.) Lu 23:22 And he said unto them the third time, Why, what evil hath he done? I have found no cause of death in <1722> him: I will therefore chastise him, and let him go. Lu 23:29 For, behold, the days are coming, in <1722> the which they shall say, Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the paps which never gave suck. Lu 23:31 For if they do these things in <1722> a green tree, what shall be done in <1722> the dry? Lu 23:40 But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in <1722> the same condemnation? Lu 23:42 And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into <1722> thy kingdom. Lu 23:43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in <1722> paradise. Lu 23:53 And he took it down, and wrapped it in linen, and laid it in <1722> a sepulchre that was hewn in stone, wherein never man before was laid. Lu 24:4 And it came to pass, as <1722> they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in <1722> shining garments: Lu 24:6 He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in <1722> Galilee, Lu 24:13 And, behold, two of them went that <1722> same day to a village called Emmaus, which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs. Lu 24:15 And it came to pass, that, while <1722> they communed together and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near, and went with them. Lu 24:18 And the one of them, whose name was Cleopas, answering said unto him, Art thou only a stranger in <1722> Jerusalem, and hast not known the things which are come to pass there <1722> in <1722> these days? Lu 24:19 And he said unto them, What things? And they said unto him, Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in <1722> deed and word before God and all the people: Lu 24:27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in <1722> all the scriptures the things concerning himself. Lu 24:30 And it came to pass, as <1722> he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them. Lu 24:32 And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within <1722> us, while he talked with us by <1722> the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures? Lu 24:35 And they told what things were done in <1722> the way, and how he was known of them in <1722> breaking of bread. Lu 24:36 And as they thus spake, Jesus himself stood in <1722> the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. Lu 24:38 And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in <1722> your hearts? Lu 24:44 And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in <1722> the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me. Lu 24:49 And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in <1722> the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high. Lu 24:51 And it came to pass, while <1722> he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven. Lu 24:53 And were continually in <1722> the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen. Joh 1:1 In <1722> the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Joh 1:2 The same was in <1722> the beginning with God. Joh 1:4 In <1722> him was life; and the life was the light of men. Joh 1:5 And the light shineth in <1722> darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. Joh 1:10 He was in <1722> the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. Joh 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among <1722> us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. Joh 1:23 He said, I am the voice of one crying in <1722> the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias. Joh 1:26 John answered them, saying, I baptize with <1722> water: but there standeth one among you, whom ye know not; Joh 1:28 These things were done in <1722> Bethabara beyond Jordan, where John was baptizing. Joh 1:31 And I knew him not: but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I come baptizing with <1722> water. Joh 1:33 And I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with <1722> water, the same said unto me, Upon whom thou shalt see the Spirit descending, and remaining on him, the same is he which baptizeth with <1722> the Holy Ghost. Joh 1:45 Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in <1722> the law, and the prophets, did write, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph. Joh 1:47 Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and saith of him, Behold an Israelite indeed, in <1722> whom is no guile! Joh 2:1 And the third day there was a marriage in <1722> Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there: Joh 2:11 This beginning of miracles did Jesus in <1722> Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him. Joh 2:14 And found in <1722> the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting: Joh 2:19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in <1722> three days I will raise it up.
