Upon inquiring about efforts being made to do a new translation led Pastor Mike Veach to meet Pastor Ruben Sulapas and his group the following year 1996. The Old Teastament and New Testament translation was completed in 2008. The Bible printing, dedication and distribution happened in year 2009 through the efforts of Pastor Ruben Sulapas and his group together with the support of Bearing Precious Seed in Milford, Ohio, Gleanings for Christ, First Bible Church, alongside with other pastors who helped in its completion. The newly translated Cebuano Bible is now available for use <sup>[3]</sup>.
